Andrea Götzelmann-Rosado is responsible for the supervision of the unit's various projects and employees and develops project proposals in the area of assisted voluntary return and reintegration. She studied Political Science and English at the Universities of Vienna and Edinburgh. Prior to her assignment with IOM, Andrea Götzelmann-Rosado worked in Public Relations for several years. She acts as Focal Point for Knowledge Management at IOM Vienna.

Edith Vasilyev
Project Coordinator, Deputy Head of Unit
Edith Vasilyev is responsible for coordinating the assistance for the voluntary return and reintegration of returnees to Afghanistan and Iran as well as for the voluntary return of unaccompanied minors. She studied Russian and Spanish at the Universities of Vienna and St. Petersburg. Prior to her assignment with IOM, she was employed at the Austrian Integration Fund, first as a social worker, later as a research assistant.

Julia Hurnaus
Project Coordinator
Julia Hurnaus is responsible for assisting the voluntary return and reintegration of returnees to Afghanistan. She studied Development Studies with a focus on migration in Vienna and Quito. Prior to her assignment with IOM, she worked for GIZ on migration and development, in particular diaspora cooperation and returning experts.

Sabine Lang-Rosenfeld
Project Assistant

Sabine Lang-Rosenfeld is responsible for assisting the voluntary return and reintegration of returnees to Afghanistan and Iran. Prior to her assignment with IOM, she worked as Project Assistant for the company Hewlett-Packard on projects in Central Asia and South Eastern Europe. Sabine Lang-Rosenfeld studied Economics with a focus on Regional Studies of Eastern Europe and Russian at the Eberhard-Karls University in Tübingen (Germany).

Evelyn Rainer

Evelyn Rainer is responsible for assisting the voluntary return and reintegration of returnees to Iran. She studied Cultural and Social Anthropology as well as Russian at the Universities of Vienna and of Vladivostok. Prior to her assignment with IOM, Evelyn Rainer was employed at the Information Centre for Central Asia and the Southern Caucasus as well as at the Institute of Iranian Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
