ADMin4ALL - Integration in Communities

Supporting active inclusion of disadvantaged migrants in Europe
through development and testing of local centres for social and economic integration

Project outline

The main objective of this international project is to increase the capabilities of 2-3 communities and local administrations of the participating countries (Italy, Poland, Romania and Austria) in dealing with migrants. This will be achieved with 3-day trainings during which the following subjects will be addressed:

  • General Information on migration and the needs of migrants focusing on the time after their arrival

  • Identifying the needs of migrants and good practices in fostering labor market integration

  • Intercultural competences

  • Fostering active citizenship regarding the integration process

To guarantee a lasting impact the training curriculum will be shaped to enable participants to replicate training and transfer knowledge to their peers.
