35 winners of the Plural + Video Competition were awarded on 27 February 2013 in the course of the UNAOC Forum. The winners were pleased to receive great prizes; among others an ORF Backstage guided tours, vouchers of Jollydays as well as prize money in sum of € 300, € 400 and € 800 respectively.
Plural+ Austria
Teenagers and young adults between 9 and 25 years old are invited to submit a short movie by the 1st of December 2012 (1 to 5 minutes long) focusing on the areas of migration, identity, human rights, social integration and diversity. A jury made up of experts will be awarding the winners on the 27th of February 2013 in the Votiv cinema in following categories: 9 to 14, 15 to 18, 19 to 25 age category and Best Movie, Best Director and Most Dedicated Participants.
Models for Integration and Prevention of Exclusion: Empowering Migrant Youth (iYouth)
The iYouth project's aim is to empower migrant youth organizations to better work towards integration and prevention of exclusion of fellow young migrants. Through peer reviews of policies and practices in iYouth partner countries, the project develops new integration models for migrant youth work.
