Barbara Salcher
Head, Counter-Trafficking and Vulnerable Groups
Ms. Barbara Salcher is the head of the counter-trafficking and vulnerable groups department of the IOM Mission in Austria. She graduated from the University of Vienna in the field of cultural and social anthropology and is specialized in peace and conflict studies as well as child soldiers. She joined IOM in July 2009.

Katharina Benedetter
Project Coordinator
Katharina Benedetter is the project coordinator of the project CulTrain – Cultural Orientation Trainings for Unaccompanied Minors. She studied International Development at the University of Vienna and the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, during which she focused on migration and development as well as regionally on East Africa. She joined IOM Vienna in July 2010.

Marianne Dobner
Project Assistant
Marianne Dobner is working as project assistant of the project CulTrain – Cultural Orientation Trainings for Unaccompanied Minors. She studied Cultural- and Social Anthropology and International Development in Vienna and Utrecht and specialized in Migration, Asylum, Integration, Identity and Gender. She has been working with IOM Vienna since January 2012.
